Relational Role-Play Interaction
The most natural way to grow, learn and work our way through life’s challenges used to be a fun, natural, effective part of every child’s daily life: role-playing, pretending, and the world of make believe.
Unfortunately most of us ‘grew up’ and thought that this kind of activity was ‘child’s play’.
However, its not too late to still tap into this same power. Imagine if you could ‘rehearse’ a conversation with your co-worker, your spouse, a parent, or an estranged friend? You could even choose something less tangible—God, an aspect of yourself, or whatever/whoever you wish to engage with.
After asking a brief initial interview about your specific situation, we will playfully enter into dialogue together. While I may guide the interaction—clarifying, rewinding, switching roles, and other cues I’ll explain—you maintain ultimate control as to when to stop or redirect the flow of the conversation.
